Returns and Refund With Ease 

As true believers in nontoxic skincare, we are familiar with the nature of testing many routines. We understand that not every product will address your skin’s array of needs, and that reactions or irritations may occur. It is always our goal to help you find what’s best suited to you and your skin. For domestic online returns, you will receive a confirmation email with a shipping label to print and use; note that a restocking fee of $15 applies, which will be deducted from the refund unless there is a product defect.

A restocking fee of $15 will be deducted from undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages.

For online orders returned to ONDA marked as "refused" "unclaimed" or "undeliverable" the customer bears the cost of having it reshipped.

Shipping costs for international returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Purchases Made In-Store

We welcome in-store returns within 30 days of purchase. ONDA will uphold a money back guarantee and we invite our customers to work with the sales team in creating an individualized self-care routine.

We are currently only shipping to the US.

Fragile Skin(care)

As we deliver using a third party carrier, we unfortunately cannot guarantee fragile items will be handled with perfect care. If you receive an item that is broken or severely damaged, please let us know within 48 hours and send us images of the package, along with a detailed description of its contents. Refunds, accommodations, or store credit will be considered on a case by case basis. Please do not discard the packaging and have patience as processing claims may take up to 7-10 business days.
